Most London hotel spas keep their pools for guests, so a spa day here comes down to one question: how do you get through the door without booking a room? These four sell you the way in, each differently: a flat day pass, a pass with the price of a treatment built in, a longer treatment, or a plain treatment booking. We have left out some famous names because they do not sell day access at all; the spa at The Berkeley, for one, is for members and hotel guests only. A spa day you cannot book is not much use to anybody.

The Berkeley Spa Closed
Surrenne, the Berkeley's spa, admits members and hotel guests only, so it cannot be booked as a one-off spa day.

Before you book
Ask what the pass actually buys before you pay. At Akasha it is a flat £129 for the pool, hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym, robes supplied. At Biome by Corinthia it is £175 on weekdays and £200 at weekends for one, or £275 midweek for two, and a treatment of 60 minutes or longer also gets you onto the thermal floor. The Ned’s £200 pass is credited against a treatment. Prices came from each spa’s own pages in October 2026 and they do move, so confirm before you book.
