This is a harder guide to write honestly than most. A wave of wizard themed teas opened in London over the last decade, at Cutter and Squidge, at the Wands and Wizard Exploratorium, and most have since closed for good, their pages left up as reviews rather than live bookings. We checked each one directly before including it here, and left out anything we could not confirm was still trading. What is left is small but genuine: a proper wizard tea in a candlelit basement in Pimlico, a hotel version near Tower Bridge, and the one experience actually licensed by Warner Bros, which sits in Watford rather than London itself. If a themed tea matters more to you than staying within the city limits, that last one is worth the train fare.

The Georgian House Hotel only runs its wizard tea on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, so weekday visitors will need to look elsewhere or reschedule. The Warner Bros tea can only be booked as an add on to a Studio Tour ticket, never alone, and the studio itself is in Leavesden, roughly 20 miles northwest of central London, so factor in the train journey from Euston.
